Demonstrating Our Commitment to the Armed Forces Community
Safety@Work Solutions Ltd is committed to supporting the Armed Forces community. We continually explore new ways to add real value through education, mentoring and practical assistance tailored to the needs of serving personnel, reservists, veterans and their families.
Our commitment is evolving and shaped by the aspirations of the military community we serve. We honour the Armed Forces Covenant and are dedicated to standing alongside those who have devoted their lives to our country. Our mission is to deliver high-quality training, consultancy and support services while giving back to those who have given so much.
We recognise the invaluable contribution of service personnel, reservists, veterans, cadet volunteers and military families to our organisation, our communities and our nation. Together, we will continue to make a positive, lasting impact on their lives.
We will uphold the principles of the Armed Forces Covenant by:
Promoting the Armed Forces
We recognise and share the achievements and sacrifices of the Armed Forces community within our organisation and beyond. Our communications highlight the skills, qualifications and stories of Service personnel, veterans and their families.
Employment Support for the Armed Forces Community
We offer discounted training and consultancy services to Service personnel, veterans and their dependants to support their transition into civilian employment. Our recruitment activity actively welcomes applications from veterans and reservists, with the aim of offering meaningful, long-term career opportunities.
Commercial Support
We provide exclusive discounts and tailored services for businesses owned or run by ex-military personnel, recognising the unique skills they bring. We also seek partnerships with veteran-owned enterprises to help drive economic growth within the military community.
Health & Wellbeing
We offer specialised health and safety training and consultancy tailored to the needs of service personnel and veterans in the workplace. In addition, we promote mental health awareness and signpost support for those who may have experienced trauma during or after service.
Education & Development
We provide training and development opportunities designed for Service personnel and veterans, helping them gain recognised qualifications and transferable skills. Our experienced trainers ensure that learning is practical, relevant and aligned to civilian employment.
Civic Responsibilities
We take part in civic and community activities that support the Armed Forces community. This includes fundraising, awareness campaigns and involvement in events and projects that make a positive difference to veterans, reservists and military families.

Enhanced Learning Credits (ELC)
We are working towards becoming an Enhanced Learning Credits (ELC) Approved Supplier, but at this time, we are not able to accept ELC funding directly.
In line with our commitment under the Armed Forces Covenant, we will always do our best to signpost you to trusted, veteran-led training providers who can accept Enhanced Learning Credits, so you can still make full use of your entitlement.
We value your commitment to continuous learning and are happy to discuss how our courses can support your development alongside any ELC-funded training you undertake.
